Analyse before designing.
I audit the existing data first. If data gaps exist, I create them running targeted qual/quant research to generate the signal we need.
Frame the right problem.
Data tells me what's happening. Research tells me why. This is where I spend the most time, solving wrong problems at scale is expensive.
Design to the hypothesis
Mapping directly to a measurable hypothesis. No gut feelings, no assumptions. Just testable bets grounded in user evidence.

I design for the experiment first. Small, fast, instrumented. Once a hypothesis is validated, I work with engineering to scale the final product.

When I'm not designing, I'm usually planning the next 🤿 dive trip, training for a 🏃🏻 run, walking my 🐶 dog, or breaking down a 🎾 padel match. I'm also obsessed with automation. I build personal scripts, workflows and home automations to remove friction from my own life. At home I genuinely don't remember how a physical light switch works.
